The story behind our logo

Kyle Reagan, Co-Founder & CEO

An aircraft tail, a longboard fin, and the thinking behind the chrt mark.

Our logo is an airplane tail. Turn it upside down, and it becomes a surfboard fin.

Both help you stay in control. That’s what we build chrt to do.

We build software and AI agents for time-critical logistics, where every minute matters. When a shipment can’t get there fast enough by road, the next available flight is often the answer.

But booking the flight is only one piece. You need a courier with the right equipment and training, cargo space on a flight they can reach, and someone ready to collect the shipment when it lands. Along the way, you’re coordinating partners, tracking costs, and keeping customers informed.

That’s when everything goes right.

A missed connection, a customs hold, or a lost shipment can force you to rebuild the plan while the clock keeps running.

We built chrt to help teams manage that complexity. Our operating system brings shipments, procedures, partners, and costs together so teams and agents can coordinate the work from pickup to delivery.

The surfboard fin is the more personal half of the story. We build chrt in Southern California. When we’re away from our keyboards, we’re hopefully in the water.
