This release covers the work behind a shipment as well as the shipment itself. Operators get a task queue and reusable checklists. Repeat orders take a few clicks to create. Forwarders can book airline cargo and manage air waybills without leaving chrt.

Operations
Operator tasks and task templates
Operator tasks cover the work around a shipment: confirming a pickup, sending documents, or calling a consignee before a flight lands. Each task has a status, a due date, a department, and an assigned operator. Operations → Tasks shows every open task across your orders. You can filter it by order, department, operator, status, deadline, or source template.
Task templates are reusable checklists. Each entry's deadline is an offset from the order, so due dates adjust to every shipment. Entries can carry tags, such as a flight number, to tell repeated steps apart. You can apply a template to an order yourself, or set it to apply when an order is created or staged.
Task lists are now called task templates. Your existing templates and the tasks created from them stay the same.
Orders
Order templates
Many shipments repeat: the same customer, the same lanes, the same cargo, and the same team. An order template saves that setup, including the parties, route segments, cargo, departments, assigned operators, labels, and task templates. A new draft order starts from the template, and you only edit what changed.
The templates list shows when each template was last used. Templates you no longer need can be archived.
Air freight
Cargo booking integrations
You can now book airline cargo from any flight segment on an order. Choose Book cargo, confirm the pieces and dimensions, and search airlines for space through our CargoAi integration. Compare itineraries and rates side by side, then send the booking to the airline.
Bookings update as the airline confirms or rejects them, and you can request a cancellation from the same place. If you booked on the airline's site instead, Record an existing booking keeps the order complete. Bookings use your organization's IATA CASS office.
Air freight
eAWB integrations
Each booking has one master air waybill. If your cargo already carries an AWB, the booking uses it. If the airline assigns a different number, chrt flags the mismatch so your team can reconcile it.
Special handling codes now include the e-AWB codes ECC and ECP, and AWB
tracking shows milestones as the airline reports them, including booking,
electronic AWB receipt, and freight on hand.
